The Tariffs applicable for 2023 are as follows ;
£450 per 7 night week during 'Off Peak'

£650 per 7 night week at all other times including Public Holidays, Bank Holidays, Valentine's Day, Christmas or
New Year.

PLEASE NOTE: A distinctive feature of this property is its Turret and Spiral Staircase to the bedroom. Please ensure this does not pose a problem to you or anyone in your party before making your booking.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
When making a provisional booking, the requested period will be reserved on the date the booking was made, for seven calendar days only. During those seven days, we must receive payment of the deposit or, the full amount (whichever is applicable) otherwise the booking will be considered cancelled and re-advertised. Payments may be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer whichever is most convenient.
We request a non-returnable deposit of £100 per week. If your holiday falls within six weeks from the date the booking was made then, the full amount is due immediately.
If a deposit has been paid, the balance of your payment must be paid and, reach us at least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday otherwise, the booking will be considered cancelled and re-advertised. When booking through Lovetoescape you will be under the terms and conditions of this agency Their cancellation period is 7 days from date of booking as will mine, no deposit will be returned if cancelled after this period.
CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING
When your booking is accepted, we will confirm all the details of the booking (dates, deposits, balance outstanding etc) in writing to you as soon as is reasonably possible. Please pay careful attention to these details and inform us immediately if they are incorrect.
CANCELLATION or CHANGES TO THE BOOKING
If it is necessary to cancel your holiday at any time, no balance will be due, if already paid, it will be refunded less any deposit made. The deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. If you wish to change or amend your booking once it has been accepted or confirmed, we will try to accommodate as best as we can. However, any changes for whatever reason, are at the discretion of the owner and may incur additional charges.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
The Lodge will be available from 4.00p.m. on the agreed date of arrival and, must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the agreed departure date.
PETS or ANIMALS
One well behaved small/medium dog is accepted in the property.
NO-SMOKING POLICY
In consideration for all our guests, we would ask that if you wish to smoke (including electronic cigarette) that you do so only outside the property.
DAMAGES or BREAKAGES
Please inform us if something is damages or nor working during your holiday in order repairs can be organised if possible at the timer, before the arrival of the next visitors.
BED LINEN / TOWELS / ELECTRICITY & GAS CENTRAL HEATING
All are included in the rental cost.
INTERNET CONNECTION
Please note that the provision of WiFi or Television signal is subject to availability and network conditions. Whilst we make every effort to provide these facilities, it may not be available for reasons outside of our direct control (for example during adverse weather or extreme conditions) and therefore these facilities are provided free of charge by the owner for pleasure purposes only.
LOGS FOR THE FIRE
A basket of logs will be provided which is included in the rental cost. If you require additional logs, these can be purchased from local shops in the village.
SEPTIC TANK
The Lodge is serviced by a septic tank, and, therefore, only things that pass through your body and toilet paper should go through the system. Blockages can be both unpleasant and difficult to resolve so, please be mindful of your actions.
CLEANING
The Lodge will be clean and tidy on your arrival and we ask that it is left clean and tidy by you on your departure.
INSURANCE
We recommend that you take out Insurance for the duration of your stay to cover for Personal Injury, Loss, Theft, Accidental Damage (to the property or its contents etc during your stay for which you are liable) and, your personal possessions.
BEHAVIOUR
By making this booking, you (and everyone in your party) must undertake to keep the property clean and tidy, to leave the property in a similar condition as you found it on your arrival, to behave in a way which does not break the law or disturb the surrounding area or neighbours and, not to sub-let or allow anyone else to stay who we have not accepted as a member of your party.
RIGHT OF ENTRY
We reserve the right to enter the property (without letting you know first if this is not practical or possible) in special circumstances or emergencies (for example if repairs need to be carried out by workmen) or if we need to inspect the property. We will make every effort to contact you first before doing this.
